Straight answers
Questions managers actually ask.
- Do you publish reviews automatically?
- No. Every review arrives unpublished. Nothing appears on your website until you approve it, and hiding an approved review removes it on the next page load.
- Is this reputation management?
- No, and that is the point. Guestbook does not monitor Google, TripAdvisor or Booking.com, does not score your sentiment and does not write replies for you. It handles one content type — reviews — on one surface: your own website.
- How is it presented to my visitors?
- As a selection, honestly labelled: "Selected guest reviews", with a line noting the reviews were shared by recent guests and published by the property. Guestbook will not describe your widget as a complete or independent record, because it is not one.
- What if I manage more than fifty properties?
- Custom pricing. Given the volumes involved, that conversation is usually about onboarding and import rather than per-seat cost.
